Areas of use:
Suitable for use in chicken coops, barns, slaughterhouses, slaughterhouses, meat processing facilities and animal food factories.

Human warnings:
not for eating!! Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Harmful if swallowed, emits toxic gas in contact with acid. Do not inhale spray/vapour/spray. Hazardous vapors may be released during heating and fire. Do not mix with other preparations and with acids in particular.

Safety and protection measures:
Personal protective equipment must be used including safety glasses (according to standard 166 - EN), PVC gloves (according to standard 374/3 - EN) and protective clothing resistant to chemicals, including a shirt, long pants and suitable shoes. After use, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.

Risks to the environment:
Prevent the material from entering sewers and water reservoirs. If the substance is released into the environment, it must be reported to the authorities.

User manual:
The preparation is intended for use in foaming, immersion or manual cleaning. Corrosive to aluminum and other soft metals. The foam washes off easily. Can be used in hot or cold water. Suitable for hard or soft water.

How to apply by whipping:
To use the foaming system with a suitable foam gun: dilute the preparation in clean water at a dose of 3-6% (to obtain 1 liter of the working solution, dilute 30-60 ml of the preparation in 940-970 ml of water respectively). Use solution at ambient temperature up to C600. Leave the foam in contact with a surface for 5-15 minutes. When finished, rinse the foam with drinking water quality water at high pressure, preferably hot water at a temperature of 60-700 C. For use in the pressure whipping machine: dilute the product in clean water at a dose of 2-5%. Use the solution at room temperature. Leave the foam in contact with the surface for 15 minutes. When finished, rinse the foam with drinking water quality at high pressure, preferably hot water at a temperature of 60-700C.

Method of application in manual cleaning:
Dilute the preparation in clean water at a dose of 1-2% (to obtain 1 liter of the working solution, add 10-20 ml of preparation in 990-980 ml of water respectively) at a temperature of 40-500 C. Use a brush or scotch tape to clean the surface. Leave the foam in contact with the surface for 15 minutes. When finished, rinse the foam with drinking water quality.

How to apply in immersion:
Dilute the preparation in clean water at a dose of 1-5% (to obtain 1 liter of the working solution, add 10-50 ml preparation to 990-950 ml water respectively) at a temperature of 50-800 C. Leave the foam in contact with a surface for 15 minutes. When finished, rinse the foam with drinking water quality.

Treatment of spilled product:
Stop the leak if you can without risk. Collect with appropriate means or alternatively soak the material with sand or inert absorbents and store in closed containers, marked and designated for disposal in accordance with the regulations of the local authorities. Wash off residue with plenty of water.

The preparation must be stored closed in its original packaging, in a ventilated and shaded place, locked, intended for storage of chemical preparations. away from sources of fire and heat. Keep out of the reach of children and other people who are not authorized to use the product. Do not store with acids. Avoid exposing the product to light and sunlight.

Handling of empty packages:
Reuse of the material packaging is prohibited! The packaging of the material must be treated as chemical waste. The empty packages should be washed with water 3 times and drained into the sewer. Packaging with volumes of 200 and 1000 liters must be returned to Dipochem Amgal in accordance with the Packaging Law. Packages with a volume of 5, 10, 22 liters must be taken to an approved disposal site after being punctured or crushed.

First aid and doctor information:
In case of skin or hair contact - immediately remove all contaminated clothing. Wash the skin with water/shower.
In case of swallowing - rinse your mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. Do not irrigate an unconscious victim. Immediately contact the national center for medical information on poisoning or a doctor.
In case of inhalation - if the victim has difficulty breathing, move him to fresh air and keep him at rest comfortable for breathing.
In case of contact with the eyes - wash carefully with running water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and if they can be removed easily. Continue rinsing.
