    Gonadorelin (Gonadorelin Acetate) g/ml µ 50


    Inactive ingredients:
    Benzyl Alcohol, Monobasic Potassium Phosphate, Dibasic Potassium Phosphate, Sodium Chloride, Water for Injection.


    Medical activity:
    In cows - Ganasil veterinary is indicated for the treatment of cysts in the ovarian follicles or to increase the fertility contracts after insemination. Treatment of cystic ovaries, prevention of late ovulation, improvement of fertility after calving and synchronization in combination with PGF2ɑ.

     

    Dosage and form of administration:
    Intramuscular injection in a dose according to the instructions.
    For the treatment of cysts in the ovarian follicles - 2-3 ml / animal (equal to - 100-150 µg GnRH).
    If necessary, repeated treatment can be given at intervals of one to two weeks.
    Increasing the percentage of fertilization after insemination - 2 ml / per animal (equal to - 100 µg GnRH).
    For treatment at the time of artificial insemination and / or 12 days later.

     

    Pharmacological activity:

    Veterinary Goncil contains Gondorlin (acetate) which is a synthetic decapeptide identical to GnRH, the gonadotropin-releasing hormone produced in the hypothalamus, which causes the production and release of gonadotropin hormones from the anterior pituitary. Gondorlin causes the production and release of LH and FSH hormones from the pituitary gland and thereby helps to improve fertility

     

    performance in cattle.
    Pharmacokinetic properties - after intramuscular administration, gondorlin is rapidly absorbed with a plasma half-life of 20 minutes. 30 minutes after the injection, an increase in the LH level was detected indicating a rapid distribution to the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland (adenohypophysis).
    The main way in which excretion is carried out is renal excretion.

     

    Warnings:
    If you are known to be hypersensitive to the substance, you should avoid handling this substance.

     

    Contraindications:
    Do not treat an animal known to be sensitive to the active substance.

    No side effects were reported.

     

    Drug interactions:
    were not reported.

     

    Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
    Do not use a pregnant cow, no side effects were found during lactation.

     

    Overdose:
    Treatment with a dose 25 times larger than the recommended one for three consecutive days does not cause toxicological effects.

     

    Waiting period:
    Before slaughter - meat one day, milk - none.

    Special instructions for the care team:
    Pregnant women or women taking contraceptives should be careful when handling the drug.


    Vision and use instructions:
